Approval for single room occupancy may be based on some or all of the following: availability, need, number of years in hall, age. |

Aston Preston Hall has 116 double occupancy rooms distributed across the 13 clusters. Each room has 2 twin beds, 2 study desks and chairs, 2 bed-side tables, 2 closets, a face basin, a mirror, and 2 small wall book shelves. |

Conference Room |
||
The Barbara Preston Conference Room is used for medium size group meetings. It seats 35 persons in air conditioned comfort. In short order, it will be upgraded to facilitate in-room audio-visual presentations. The Conference Room is adjoined to a large patio area which may be used for interactive outdoor activities. |

Study Room |

The Aston Preston Hall Study Room offers students a quiet and comfortable space to study and/or do assignments. It has 13 cubicles which comfortably accommodate students. The Study Room has an adjoining outdoor patio area which may be used for quiet reading or group work/study. |

Shark Lounge |

The Horton Dolphin Shark Lounge is a sleek comfortable space which may be used for relaxation, small group meetings, or a small cocktail. The room is equipped with audiovisual technology, cable television and air conditioning. The Lounge has a small covered patio area which acts as an extension to the room. |
