So today was rehearsal for graduation, and I am now starting to catch the graduations fever. At first, I wasn't looking forward to all the excitement of trying to look good, but today it finally sank in that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and we deserve to go all for it, regardless of the dent it leaves in our pockets :). So ladies, here's to getting your hair did, your nails did and getting a maddd dress/ suit with the shoes to match. Gentlemen, sort out the line up/ hair cut, and get your suit ready. We only have two days to get the graduation swagger on...

It has been almost 4 months since my emancipation from being a student, and boy do I miss it :). Working obviously has its advantages of getting a salary, but somehow now you look back on your life as a student and wonder how you used to survive because before you know it, your salary is almost used up. As time wears on though, I personally find that you get better at managing the new independence- budgeting, paying bills, juggling social life and the obligation of knowing that you MUST go to work (the sweet options we were afforded as students no longer exist).
